Update Event Types in Entry Forms to restrict by TTA Full Member payment class

 

1. Click on Events Overview

2. Click on the name of the competition ...

3. Under Options in the top right, click on Event types (sometimes called ticket types depending on your portal setting) ...

4. Click on Edit next to the first event (i.e. Men's Singles)

5. Scroll to the bottom and ensure that Open to whole of sport is ticked and then tick ALL the payment classes that are linked to TTA Full Membership ...

6. Click on Save details

7. Repeat for each event type in your list ...

8. Now when players enter your event, they will be restricted to payment classes that are linked to the TTA Full Member from across the country.
