2023 National Pathways Camp – Victoria

Eligibility:

  • For junior and senior players.
  • All players born in 2011 or later are ineligible, these players should participate in the National Hopes Qualification – Victoria event.
  • NOTE: Interstate players may also register.
  • NOTE: Players must participate for the full five days. Partial participation is not allowed.

 

Dates and location:

  • Monday 9 – Friday 13 January
  • Croydon and Districts Table Tennis Association, Kilsyth Sports Centre, Liverpool Road, Kilsyth, VIC, 3137

 

Key Dates:

  • Sunday 4 December: Final date for Early Bird registration price.
  • NOTE: registration fee must be paid online at the time of registration.
  • NOTE: Any cancellations on Friday 30 December or earlier will be entitled to a refund for registration fees. Any cancellations on Saturday 31 December or later will not be entitled to a refund for registration fees.

 

Coaches:

  • John Murphy – TTA National Head Coach (Able-Bodied) (9-10 January)
  • Jens Lang – TTA National Program Manager (Able-Bodied) (11-13 January)
  • David Powell – 2 x Olympian, 2 x Commonwealth Games representative
  • NOTE: Other Victorian coaches may be invited to assist

 

Timetable:

  • Monday 9 January: Training Camp 3.00pm to 5.30pm and 6.00pm to 8.30pm
  • Tuesday 10 January: Training Camp 3.00pm to 5.30pm and 6.00pm to 8.30pm
  • Wednesday 11 January: Training Camp 3.00pm to 5.30pm and 6.00pm to 8.30pm
  • Thursday 12 January: Training Camp 3.00pm to 5.30pm and 6.00pm to 8.30pm
  • Friday 13 January: Competition 3.00pm to 8.30pm

 

Registration Fee:

  • Early Bird Registration Fee is $440 per player (Early Bird pricing closes Sunday 4 December)
  • Standard Registration Fee is $490 per player
  • Registration fee includes:
  1. 20 hour training camp
  2. 1 day competition
  3. Coaching from a TTA National Coach

 

COVID-19:

  • TTA will not be liable for any additional expenditure incurred by individual players due to COVID-19. Any additional expenditure incurred as a result of COVID-19, e.g. quarantine requirements, flight changes, flight cancellation fees, accommodation cancellation fees etc., is the responsibility of the individual player.
  • No COVID-19 vaccination requirements are in place for this event.

 

Accommodation, Transportation and Food:

  • Accommodation, transportation and food is the responsibility of the individual player.

 

Clothing:

  • Club and/or State uniforms are encouraged, but not mandatory.
