Strategy

Creating high performing internationally successful athletes in an amateur sport with limited resources, as table tennis is in Australia, presents a significant challenge – one which we will face head on.

“No matter how far in front I am, I always view it as how far behind I really am.”
- John Murphy, National Head Coach (Able-Bodied)

Program Vision

To win medals at Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games and/or World Championships.

Our Purpose

To represent, inspire and excite the Australian community with our individual and collective skills and abilities; one team with a high-performance approach in every moment.

Our Values

Respect - We will foster an honest, respectful and mindful environment for the benefit of the sport and our entire High Performance (HP) program.

Lead by Example - We are empowered as individual leaders and will lead by setting and following high standards in every aspect of training, competition and life.

Creativity - We are always open to new ideas and different ways of thinking; we are prepared to be challenged and to make decisions in order to achieve our vision.
