All participants are expected to follow the Table Tennis Etiquette & Sportsmanship guidelines throughout the event. These standards help ensure a fair, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Any participant withdrawing on Friday 5 June 2026 or earlier will be entitled to a full refund for entry fees.

Any participant withdrawing on Saturday 6 June 2026 or later will not be entitled to a refund for entry fees

All participants in the TTA Tour are bound by Table Tennis Australia’s National Integrity Framework. This includes policies on safeguarding, member protection, improper use of drugs and medicines, competition manipulation and sports gambling, and complaints, disputes and discipline processes. Participants release all rights, or rights held by their agents or sponsors, in all matters relating to television and web casting coverage, video and motion picture coverage, and photographic coverage of any kind to TTA.

Hospitals and medical centres are available near the venue.

A First Aid Officer will be present within the venue.

The Event will be conducted in accordance with the TTA National Championships Regulations, the current Laws of Table Tennis and ITTF Rules and Regulations.

All rackets must comply with ITTF regulations. Racket testing may be conducted.

Team Events: All athletes must wear their State/Territory Team uniform.
NOTE: President’s Team members must wear the designated President’s Team shirt.

Individual Events: Athletes may wear clothing that complies with ITTF Regulations, but national team uniforms, including Australian uniforms, must not be worn unless the athlete is representing that country in this championships as an international team. Clothing featuring another country’s name, code, flag, or similar national identity markers — for example “Germany” or “China” merchandise shirts — is not permitted unless the player is representing that country in this championships. Australian national shirts are not permitted at this event under any circumstances, as this is a state‑vs‑state event.

TTA will not be liable for any additional expenditure incurred by individual players due to COVID-19. Any additional expenditure incurred as a result of COVID-19, e.g. quarantine requirements, flight changes, flight cancellation fees, accommodation cancellation fees etc., is the responsibility of the individual player.

No COVID-19 vaccination requirements are in place for this event.
