KEY DATES:
Sunday 26 March 2023: Deadline for Online Entry Form to be submitted and registration fee to be paid (online payments only). NOTE: TTA strictly enforces a ‘no pay, no play’ policy.

TIMETABLE:
- Monday 17 April: Training Camp – Day 1
- Tuesday 18 April: Training Camp – Day 2
- Wednesday 19 April: Training Camp – Day 3
- Thursday 20 April: Training Camp – Day 4
- Friday 21 April: Competition – National Hopes Challenge and National Mini Hopes Challenge, with matches being livestreamed through the TTA Facebook page.
NOTE: All players must attend the full 5 days. Partial participation is not permitted.
ELIGIBILITY
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2023 NATIONAL HOPES WEEK & CHALLENGE, PLAYERS MUST HAVE PARTICIPATED IN A NATIONAL HOPES QUALIFICATION EVENT.
NOTE: Tasmania and Northern Territory players exempt from this requirement due to no National Hopes Qualification events being held there. Other players may be exempt at the sole discretion of TTA.

TRAINING CAMP COMPONENT - National Hopes Week: Open to players born in 2011 or later.
COMPETITION COMPONENT - National Hopes Challenge: Only open to players born in 2011 and 2012. This is an ITTF Regulation.
COMPETITION COMPONENT - National Mini Hopes Challenge: Only open to players born in 2013 or later.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
1) 4-day training camp with TTA National Coaches, including 8 training sessions and educational activities.
2) 1-day competition, competing for National Titles.
3) Guest appearances from National Team players, including acting as training partners.
4) The opportunity to interact with the best Hopes level players and coaches in Australia.
NOTE: Results from the 2023 National Hopes Challenge and 2023 National Mini Hopes Challenge will count towards selections when the 2023 National Squad Mid-Year Review is undertaken.
2023 TTA TOUR - GEELONG:
TTA advises that the 2023 TTA Tour – Geelong event will be played on Saturday 22 April and Sunday 23 April at the same venue. Players are encouraged to also play in the 2023 TTA Tour – Geelong event to maximise their participation opportunities. The Entry Form and Event Prospectus will be available on the TTA website before Christmas at: https://www.tabletennis.org.au/events/
