2023-2025 Strategic Plan - Table Tennis in Australia

TTA is pleased to officially launch the Table Tennis in Australia 2023-2025 Strategic Plan, which was approved at the TTA Board meeting on 27 October 2022.

Work on developing the new plan began with a survey that was distributed in March and continued at the State/Territory Forum, facilitated by the Australian Sports Commission and held following the 2022 TTA AGM in Adelaide in April. Since June, multiple iterations of the plan have been developed and States/Territories have provided feedback at several points along the way.

TTA is confident the 2023-2025 Strategic Plan builds on the significant and sustainable growth of the past five years and is ambitious enough to enable the sport to further progress in the coming three years and beyond. Minor tweaks have been made to the Vision, Purpose and Values compared to the current Strategic Plan. The five Strategic Pillars have been maintained, however the KPIs and Measures are completely new.

From here, TTA will work with States/Territories as they develop their own Strategic Plans. The State/Territory Strategic Plans should align with the National Strategic Plan, but keep a localised focus where beneficial. This will ensure that a unified strategic direction is maintained across the sport, which will underpin the success of table tennis in Australia over the next three years and beyond.

TTA looks for to bringing the Table Tennis in Australia 2023-2025 Strategic Plan to life over the next three years.
