Final Results - Australian Qualification Tournament for the 2022 Commonwealth Games

The Australian Qualification Tournament for the 2022 Commonwealth Games was held in Adelaide at Houghton Table Tennis Club on 14-15 May. Final results are now available.

Draws for the second stage Men's Singles:
LIVESTREAMING
Livestreaming will take place on both days of the event. Livestreaming will be undertaken by TTA's long-term broadcast partner, My Sport Live. Livestreaming can be viewed through the TTA Facebook page.
Livestreaming times will be:
- Saturday 14 May: Commencing at 9.00am Adelaide time (9.30am AEST). A new match will commence every hour, with the final match starting at 6.00pm Adelaide time (6.30pm AEST).
- Sunday 15 May: Commencing at 9.00am Adelaide time (9.30am AEST). A new match will commence every 1.5 hours, with the final match starting at 12.00pm Adelaide time (12.30pm AEST).
EVENT DRAWS - DAY 1
The event draws are now available:
Women's Singles Competition Format: As per the Nomination Criteria for the 2022 Commonwealth Games, a full Round Robin tournament will be played, whereby all athletes play each other once. The winner will be selected by the TTA National Selection Panel to be nominated to CGA for selection.
Men's Singles Competition Format: As per the Nomination Criteria for the 2022 Commonwealth Games, there shall be two groups of 6 athletes, whereby all athletes in each group shall play each other once. The top 3 athletes from each group will then play another Round Robin, where they will play the 3 athletes from the opposite group. The results from the first Round Robin will be carried over into the second Round Robin. The winner will be selected by the TTA National Selection Panel to be nominated to CGA for selection.
ACCEPTED ENTRIES
12 men and 5 women are set to battle it out for a place on the 2022 Australian Commonwealth Games team.
Note: Only those athletes who are compliant with the Nomination Criteria for the 2022 Commonwealth Games are eligible to compete at the event.
HOW IS THE 2022 COMMONWEALTH GAMES TEAM DETERMINED
Four men and four women will represent Australia (able-bodied) at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
The first three men and three women are determined by the National Selection Panel, with these selections being announced on 29 April 2022:
