INFORMATION FOR COACHING PROVIDERS

Sporting Schools is a great opportunity for your sporting organisation to engage with primary schools in your community and offer coaching opportunities to your coaches.

REQUIREMENTS FOR COACHING PROVIDERS

To become a coaching provider and deliver in Sporting Schools, please ensure your organisation meets the following requirements:
- Holds a valid ABN or declare ABN exempt
- Confirms adequacy of insurance
- Table Tennis Clubs/Associations - must be affiliated with your state/territory Table Tennis association

Note: All coaches that operate under the coaching provider must meet individual Table Tennis coach registration requirements

2024 DIGITAL SYSTEMS UPDATE

There is a new Sporting Schools portal for sports and schools.

Officials HQ is the new system for all sport users to view and manage Sporting Schools bookings. From Term 2 2024 onwards, all organisations (including providers, clubs and associations) supporting Sporting Schools need to be registered on Officials HQ to be booked by schools using Sporting Schools funding.

To continue to deliver programs in schools, you need to self-register as a provider with OfficialsHQ. The registration process takes only a few minutes to complete and will notify us (Table Tennis Australia) that you are delivering the program. Please see the step by step guide to help with registration.

REGISTRATION AND ENDORSEMENT PROCESS

If you are interested in becoming an endorsed Table Tennis provider for Sporting Schools, please read the Who can deliver section? and complete the following:

• Ensure you meet the above requirements
• Self-register on the new Sporting Schools Officials HQ Platform as a provider/organisation.
• As part of our registration process, you will need to seek endorsement of Table Tennis Australia deliver our national products and packages, and to be viewed by schools as an endorsed provider.
• Once you’ve registered to OfficialsHQ you’ll be activated by Table Tennis Australia as an eligible Sporting Schools coach.
