To become an official Launch Partner Club, please review the information below to determine your clubs elibility and refer to the updated membership terms and conditions, prior to completing the expression of interest form.

Please note: With a limited number of FULL 'Launch Partner Packages are available, the first 10 affliated clubs to express interest in the program will receive the full listed benefits. Subsequent clubs will receive the benefits listed below, excluding those highlighted in green.

The recommended retail price for new participants in the program is $120.00 and $95.00 for returning participants
