Volunteer Umpire Attendance at National Events

Umpires who wish to attend a National event in a volunteer capacity for experience or assessment purposes must complete this application form. This ensures that event organisers are informed of your intended attendance.

Volunteer Umpires must:

Wear their State-issued shirt, not the official TTA Umpire/Referee shirt.
Understand that catering is not provided for volunteers. Catering is reserved for selected Officials only. Tournament Staff may provide catering at their discretion, but this should not be expected.

Report to the Referee upon arrival and remain under their supervision for the entirety of the volunteer shift.

Any volunteer Umpire who has not submitted and received approval for this form prior to attendance will be asked to vacate the officials’ area and may remain in the venue as a spectator only.

Please note: This form applies to one event only. A separate form must be completed for each event you wish to attend.
