Event Accreditation for Parent-Coaches – Individual Events

If you want to coach your child or student in Individual Events at Nationals Junior Champs, you need to register for event accreditation. This registration closes Friday 25 September.

Who needs to sign up:

• Parent-Coaches who aren't TTA Accredited Coaches
• TTA Accredited Coaches who are NOT already registered for Teams events at Nationals (if you're coaching Teams, you'll automatically get a lanyard for Individual Events)

What you need to do:

1. Get a TTA membership (if you don't already have one)
   • Go to your child's club website and sign up for free Parent membership
   • If your club doesn't offer free Parent membership, sign up here: https://www.pingpongplay.org.au/rego/
2. Register for event accreditation (this form)
   • You must be a TTA member to complete this sign-up
3. Attend the Integrity Presentation for Parents and Coaches
   • Date: Tuesday 29 September
   • Time: 7:30–8:15pm
   • Location: South Pines Sporting Complex
   • Attendance is compulsory – this is where you'll collect your accreditation lanyard
   • Your lanyard gives you access to the field of play to coach your nominated participant(s)

When you can coach:
From Wednesday 30 September onwards, you can coach at Individual Events with your accreditation lanyard on display at all times.
