All selections take effect from 1 January 2024.

The National Selection Panel can add/remove athletes from the National Squad (Para) at any time.

SQUAD INCLUSIONS:

  • Nil.

SQUAD REMOVALS:

  • Rory Carroll (VIC) who did not wish to be considered for selection in 2024.

CATEGORISATION:

  • TTA is currently working with the AIS to finalise the categorisation for each athlete. TTA will notify all athletes once AIS approval has been secured.
  • Categorisation is as per Appendix A in the National Selection Policy.

CLASS EXPLANATION:

  • Class 1-5 – Wheelchair athletes. The higher the Class number, the greater the range of movement.
  • Class 6-10 – Standing athletes. The higher the Class number, the greater the range of movement.
  • Class 11 – Athletes with an intellectual impairment.
