Australia's next generation of table tennis athletes will have the opportunity to compete on the international stage this November, with the WTT Youth Contender Ballarat 2026 set to take place from 14–17 November at the Ballarat Table Tennis Association in Victoria.

The tournament will see some of the world's most promising junior athletes descend on Ballarat to contest World Table Tennis (WTT) ranking points across multiple age categories, providing Australian players with valuable international competition on home soil. The event forms part of the global WTT Youth Series, which offers emerging athletes a pathway towards elite international table tennis.

With competitions set for the U11, U13, U15, U17 and U19 age groups in both boys' and girls' events, the tournament provides young athletes with the chance to test themselves against international opposition while continuing their development within the WTT pathway.

Further event information, including entries, schedules and draws, will be released through World Table Tennis and Table Tennis Australia in the build-up to the event.
