Lin Ma, Lina Lei and Qian Yang included in ITTF Rank One leaders list

The ITTF (International Table Tennis Federation) have released a new ‘Rank One leaders since 1997’ list, detailing the total weeks players have spent at the top of their respective Para programs.

The list shows off some incredible para achievements worldwide, but here in Australia, we see some incredible results. Lin Ma sees himself in first place in the Men Class 9 classification, with a total of 484 weeks at World number one, including 196 consecutive weeks.

In the Women Class 9 ranking, Lina Lei is also placed at the pinnacle of the rankings with a total of 510 weeks as world number one, including a remarkable 296 consecutive weeks at the summit.

Qian Yang also features in the new list in the Women's Class 10 rankings, where she is ranked in third place, with 210 total weeks at World Number One, with 101 of those being consecutive.

These rankings demonstrate the extraordinary achievements of those in our Para program here at Table Tennis Australia, whilst inspiring the next generation of Table Tennis throughout the country.
