One week until Expressions of Interest close for 2026 WTT Youth Contender Ballarat

As we look ahead to the upcoming WTT Youth Contender, taking place in Ballarat, Victoria from November 14-17, TTA can confirm that the final date for Expressions of Interest to participate in the event is Wednesday, September 30.

Giving Australian players a rare chance to play an international event on home soil, the WTT Youth Contender Ballarat will see some of the world's most promising junior athletes contest for world ranking points across multiple age categories. The event forms part of the global WTT Youth Series, which offers emerging athletes a pathway towards elite international table tennis. 

The event will feature the following age group categories:

• U19: Boys' Singles, Girls' Singles, Mixed Doubles
• U17: Boys' Singles, Girls' Singles
• U15: Boys' Singles, Girls' Singles, Mixed Doubles
• U13: Boys' Singles, Girls' Singles
• U11: Boys' Singles, Girls' Singles
