Shire of Mundaring Backs TTA Tour Western Australia as 2026 Season Opener Hits Mundaring Arena

Table Tennis Australia (TTA) is pleased to announce the valued support of the Shire of Mundaring for the upcoming TTA Tour – Western Australia, taking place 17–18 January 2026 at Mundaring Arena.
The WA Tour marks the official launch of the 2026 national table tennis season, setting the stage for an exciting year of competition across Australia. With national ranking points on the line and several high-profile national squad athletes already registered, the event promises to deliver elite-level matchplay and a thrilling start to the new season.
The TTA Tour is held four times annually, providing Australia’s top players with opportunities to progress up the national rankings and gain valuable experience on the pathway to national selection. The WA leg is set to be a must-attend event for aspiring athletes looking to test themselves, develop their skills, and compete against the country’s best.
“Table Tennis Australia is thrilled to partner with the Shire of Mundaring for the WA leg of the 2026 TTA Tour,” said Nicole Adamson, CEO of Table Tennis Australia. “These events provide a platform for our athletes to challenge themselves, chase national ranking points, and experience the excitement of elite-level competition. The TTA Tour events are all about development, challenge, and inspiring the next generation of table tennis players.”
Shire President Paige McNeil said the community is proud to host a national-calibre event and excited to welcome athletes, families, and supporters from across the country, “We’re proud to support the TTA Tour in our community. Hosting elite national athletes brings excitement and energy to Mundaring, and we love seeing local fans and young players engage with Australia’s top table tennis talent.”
The two-day event is expected to draw elite competitors from multiple states and territories, offering participants a valuable opportunity to secure early-season ranking points and test themselves against some of Australia’s strongest players.
Held at Mundaring Arena on 17–18 January 2026, the TTA Tour Western Australia, will deliver a highly competitive and action-packed showcase of elite table tennis and community engagement.
