Table Tennis Australia call for Elected Directors nominations ahead of 2026 AGM

Table Tennis Australia can confirm the 2026 AGM will be held on Saturday, 9th May 2026, in Melbourne, at the Mantra, Melbourne Airport. 

We are calling for nominations for Elected Directors as follows: 

Elected Director Positions 

Pursuant to rule 13.4 (b) (ii) of the TTA Constitution, elections will be held for three Elected Director positions at the TTA AGM.  

Pursuant to rule 13.3 (a) of the TTA Constitution, TTA are calling for nominations for Elected Directors to serve on the TTA Board. Pursuant to rule 13.3 (b) of the TTA Constitution, any Member, Director or Committee may nominate a person to fill a vacancy in an Elected Director position. 

In order to make a nomination, the following is required: 

  1. The nominator and the nominee must complete and sign the Elected Director Nomination Form (see attached). 

  1. The nominee must complete the Elected Director Nominee Information Form (see attached). 

  1. The nominee must provide a copy of their CV. 

  1. All documents must be submitted by no later than 11.59pm AEST on Thursday 9th April 2026, by emailing admin@tabletennis.org.au 

The three existing Elected Directors whose current terms expire upon completion of the upcoming TTA AGM are (in alphabetical order): 

  • Charu Madaan 

  • Samuel Miller 

  • Graham Symons  

Noting that that all three are eligible to renominate.
