Table Tennis Australia (TTA) is proud to officially announce the athletes selected to represent Australia at the ITTF World Youth Championships2025, set to take place in Cluj-Napoca, Romania from 23–30 November 2025.
Athletes who reached the finals of the ITTF Oceania Youth Championships2025 have earned automatic qualification for the Individual Events and secured a place on the Australian team. Additional team positions were filled by the National Selection Panel (NSP) in accordance with the TTA National Team Selection Policy.

Unfortunately, we did not qualify a team for U15 boys from the Oceania Youth Championships. In the teams event, the champion nation got through, and on this occasion New Zealand overcame our side in the U15 boys' matchup.
Doubles and Mixed Doubles events will be conducted within the Teams competition across the various age categories. National Coaches will finalise entries and communicate event pairings directly with athletes in due course.
General Manager TTA Olympic Program, Rob Gomm said, “We are incredibly proud of the athletes selected to represent Australia at the ITTF World Youth Championships. This team reflects both the depth of talent emerging through our pathway and the hard work these young athletes have put in on and off the table. The Championships provide a world-class platform for them to compete against the best and continue their development. We are confident they will represent Australia with passion and integrity.”
Table Tennis Australia extends its heartfelt congratulations to all selected athletes and wishes the team every success for the event.
