Table Tennis Australia Announces Teams for 2026 ITTF Oceania Championships

Table Tennis Australia (TTA) is pleased to announce the athletes selected to represent Australia at the 2026 ITTF-Oceania Championships (26-30 August) and ITTF-Oceania Youth Championships (1-5 September), which will be held in Ballarat, Victoria. 

The Championships will bring together the region's best senior and emerging talent, with athletes competing for individual, doubles, and team honours, as well as valuable international ranking points. 

The selection reflects the depth of talent currently emerging through Australia's high-performance pathway, with a strong mix of experienced senior athletes and exciting young prospects set to compete on home soil. 

Following a comprehensive selection process, the National Selection Panel have confirmed the following players will represent Australia at the Championships: 

Under 15 Girls

Rob Gomm, General Manager of TTA’s Olympic Program, congratulated the selected athletes on their achievement, stating: “We’re really excited to be competing on home soil for the ITTF-Oceania Senior and Youth Championships. It’s a fantastic opportunity for our athletes, and we’re proud to have a great mix of new faces alongside experienced players across the teams. I’m confident everyone will give it their all as we push to secure qualification for the upcoming ITTF World Youth and Senior Championships. 

Aradhya Dhingra, who is set to represent Australia on the international stage for the first time, said: “I feel really happy and excited to be selected for the U15 Australian Team for the ITTF-Oceania Youth Championships. It feels great to play for Australia for the first time. I will try my best and hopefully have lots of fun with the team." 

Aditya Sareen, who will take part in both the U19 Boys and the Senior Men’s event, added: “Being back in Australia and playing on home soil is always a great feeling. I’m grateful to represent the green and gold, and I’m looking forward to the competition ahead.”
