TTA Board - Nominations Sought for Casual Vacancy

There have recently been two changes to the TTA Board:

- Scott Houston resigned as a Director to take up the position of Interim CEO.

- Barbara Talbot resigned as a Director due to personal reasons.

As such, TTA are calling for nominations to join the Board through a casual vacancy. If you are suitably skilled in Directorship and are interested in joining the TTA Board please follow the instructions in the attachments and ensure your nomination is lodged via email to ceo@tabletennis.org.au by Thursday 12 October 2017.

Please note that TTA only intends to replace Barbara Talbot's vacancy. Barbara's existing term runs until the 2018 AGM, however the incumbent would be able to nominate to become an Elected Director for a full three year term at the 2018 AGM.

For reference, also attached is a copy of TTA's existing Associations Liability Insurance policy, which covers Directors and Officers.

TTA thanks Barbara Talbot for her contribution over nearly nine years as a Director and we wish her all the best for her future endeavours.
