TTA Board - Nominations Sought for Two Appointed Director Positions

Pursuant to rule 13.1 and rule 13.9 of the TTA Constitution, the Directors of TTA are calling for nominations to fill two Appointed Director positions on the TTA Board.

Anyone is able to be nominated to become an Appointed Director, however nominations from those with skills in one or more of the following areas will be viewed favourably:

- Finance and financial management, particularly with CA/CPA qualifications
- Marketing
- Commercial business
- High performance table tennis (para and able-bodied)

The Appointed Directors will initially be appointed until the 2019 AGM (likely to be held in March 2019), with the possibility of extension thereafter based on the needs of the TTA Board and the performance of the Director.

To make a nomination, please complete the attached Appointed Director Nomination Form and Appointed Director Nominee Information Form and return by email to Scott Houston at ceo@tabletennis.org.au by no later than 11.59pm (AEST) on Friday 8 June 2018.
