TTA Board - Appointed Directors Nominations Now Open

Pursuant to rule 13.1 and 13.9 of the TTA Constitution, the Directors of TTA are calling for nominations to fill two Appointed Director positions on the TTA Board. Anyone is able to nominate to become an Appointed Director, provided they meet the eligibility requirements, pursuant to rule 13.2 of the TTA Constitution.

Karen Zhang is already an Appointed Director and her current term expires in June 2020; Karen is eligible to renominate. There is also a casual vacancy as an Appointed Director, following Craig Hayes moving from being an Appointed Director to an Elected Director at the recent TTA AGM.

Prospective nominees should read and familiarise themselves with key documents, and must be willing to work within the specified parameters, namely:

To make a nomination, please undertake the following:

Complete the TTA Director Nomination Form
Complete the TTA Director Nominee Information Form
Provide a copy of the Nominee’s CV

Email all documents to Scott Houston, TTA CEO and Company Secretary, at ceo@tabletennis.org.au by no later than 11.59pm AEST on Friday 22 May 2020.

TTA may request that nominees undertake an interview as part of the recruitment process.
