TTA Board Meeting Key Outcomes Summary - March 2021

The TTA Board provides a key outcomes summary after each Board Meeting to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about TTA developments and to offer openness and transparency.
The following key outcomes arose from the TTA Board Meeting held on 11 March 2021:
- The Minutes from the 28 January 2021 TTA Board Meeting were approved.
- The 2020 TTA Audited Financial Statements were approved to be presented for approval at the upcoming TTA Annual General Meeting. The 2020 TTA Audited Financial Statements and associated commentary can be viewed by clicking here.
- The 2020 TTA Annual Report was approved to be presented for approval at the upcoming TTA Annual General Meeting.
- The February 2021 TTA Financial Report was approved.
- Updated Regulations for the TTA Tour were approved, with the changes relating to adding Para events to the TTA Tour. The updated TTA Tour Regulations can be viewed by clicking here.
- Agreement was given for TTA Board Members to act as a liaison with State/Territory Associations, with the intention of providing an additional communication channel between TTA and State/Territory Associations. A Role Description can be viewed by clicking here.
- Approval was given for a grant to be applied for through the National Foundation for AustraliaChina Relations 2021-2022 Competitive Grants Program. The application is centred around celebrating the 50-year anniversary of the 1971 ‘Ping Pong Diplomacy’ Tour.
