TTA Board Meeting Key Outcomes Summary - March 2023

The TTA Board provides a key outcomes summary after each Board meeting to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about TTA developments and to offer openness and transparency.

The following key outcomes arose from the TTA Board meeting held on 2 March 2023:

The Minutes from the 12 December 2022 TTA Board meeting were approved.
The 2022 TTA Audited Financial Statements were approved and can be viewed by clicking here.
The January 2023 Financial Report was approved.
Leeanne Grantham was appointed as Chairperson of the TTA Nominations & Remuneration Committee as the TTA Board Representative and Committee Chairperson.
The TTA Commercial & Marketing Committee was disbanded. The TTA Board requested a proposal be developed to enable this area of the organisation to be serviced in another manner.
