TTA Coach Accreditation System Update
Published Mon 16 Sep 2019
TTA is pleased to announce that we have finalised updating three key components of the TTA Coach Accreditation System. In particular:
1) TTA Coach Accreditation Forms, click here.
- Updates have been made where applicable for TOPS, Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3.
- These forms are to be submitted by people who undertake any TTA Coaching Courses. NOTE: If people have been provided with the old forms for recently completed courses, we will still accept these for the time being. For any courses from today onwards, the new forms must be used.
2) TTA Coach Re-Accreditation Forms, click here.
- Updates have been made where applicable for TOPS, Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3.
- Any coaches re-accrediting from today onwards must use the updated forms.
3) Recognition of Prior Learning, click here.
- For the first time, coaches can apply to be accredited through the TTA Coach Accreditation system without undertaking a course.
- It is still our strong preference for people to work their way through the TTA Coach Accreditation system, however we realise that there are genuine cases where people are appropriately skilled and should be accredited accordingly.
COACH AND OFFICIATING ACCREDITATION SYSTEM CONTACT
TTA’s National Participation and Development Coordinator, Egon Loh, has taken over as the TTA contact for all Coach and Officiating Accreditation system requirements. For all coaching and officiating enquiries, please contact Egon at egon@tabletennis.org.au.
Special thank you also to Egon for taking the lead on updating the accreditation forms, re-accreditation forms and establishing the recognition of prior learning. Egon has only been with TTA for a few weeks but has hit the ground running.
TTA OFFICIATING ACCREDITATION UPDATE
The TTA Umpires and Referees Committee are working through updates to the TTA Officiating Accreditation System. Further information will be provided in due course.
