Australia Welcomes Seven New International Umpires
Published Mon 04 May 2020
TTA and the TTA Umpires & Referees Committee are pleased to advise that seven Australians from four different States/Territories have successfully obtained International Umpire status. Congratulations to the following Umpires:
- Sam Miller (ACT)
- Glenn Errington (SA)
- Nikki Udal (QLD)
- Lenore Roder (SA)
- Kenneth Wong (QLD)
- James Lew (VIC)
- Kameron Chan (VIC)
This is a tremendous achievement and continues the trend of Australia being well represented in the upper echelons of officiating.
Becoming an Umpire is one of the best ways to be involved in our great game. Tournaments can't run without Umpires and moreover, Umpires get the best seat in the house. Anyone interesting in becoming an Umpire can find further information by clicking here.
Congratulations to all concerned.
