TTA Finance, Risk and Audit Committee Announced

TTA is pleased to announce that the newly created Finance, Risk and Audit Committee has been established and will be comprised of: 

- Jamie Olsen, Chairperson and TTA Board representative. Bachelor of Commerce (Finance), former investment banker, businessman, experienced Director.
- Craig Hayes, TTA Board Representative. Bachelor of Commerce (IT and Economics), Diploma in Financial Planning, Master of Business Administration, Certified Financial Planner, experienced corporate manager.
- Jarrod Thorn, Independent Member: Management Accountant, Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance), post graduate qualifications in Applied Finance and Investment, post graduate qualifications in Insolvency Law and Practice, Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, more than 20 years professional experience in accountancy and finance roles.
- Tony Aduckiewicz, Independent Member: Retired businessman, Diploma in Accountancy, Bachelor of Marketing, Master of Management.

All appointments have been made until 31 December 2020.

The Finance, Risk and Audit Committee is responsible for implementing the objectives and functions as set out in the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee Charter.
