TTA New Constitution Announcement
Published Fri 02 Mar 2018
TTA has a new Constitution, as enacted on 1 March 2018.
Implementing a new Constitution was first discussed in October 2017. Subsequently, ongoing correspondence with all State and Territory Associations took place, which resulted in multiple drafts being developed to incorporate many of the requested amendments.
Implementing a new Constitution forms part of broader governance reforms that TTA is currently undertaking as we continue to implement improvements from a financial, operational and administrative perspective.
The required 75% majority of State and Territory Associations voted in favour of implementing a new Constitution.
