The Table Tennis Australia (TTA) National Selection Panel is pleased to announce the release of the National Rankings List for April 2026, highlighting the performances of athletes across all categories. This fourth update of 2026 continues the implementation of the new National Rankings System, ensuring a transparent and consistent approach to ranking Australia’s top table tennis talent.

The Open, Youth and Junior National Rankings categories have been released. It’s fantastic to see so many dedicated players represented across our lists, reflecting the depth and strength of participation within the Australian table tennis community.

The fourth rankings of 2026 once more recognise the achievements of our athletes, showcasing commitment and progress from emerging players through to our most experienced competitors.

Results from the TTA Tour and National Hopes Tour Victoria, WTT Feeders in both Senec and Havirov, along with the Victorian Open Championships, TTWA Open Veterans, TTSA Senior Closed and Queensland Closer Juniors are among the tournaments which impacted the rankings upon April's conclusion.

Finn Luu remains top of the Men's rankings, with Hwan Bae, Nicholas Lum, Xuqi Lin and Aditya Sareen completing the top five. Dillon Chambers has moved up one spot to sixth place, following his victory at TTA Tour Victoria. Yangzi Liu continues to sit in the number one spot of the Women's rankings, ahead of Connie Psihogios, Yitian Yin, Min Hyung Jee and Jiamuwa Wu. Aradhya Dhingra made the jump from 12th place to 9th, following a positive tournament in Traralgon.

Rob Gomm, General Manager of TTA’s Olympic Program, added: "April was another exciting month for our athletes on both the international stage, but also back here on home soil, with our second TTA Tour of 2026. We've seen positive results in several events, including Yangzi Liu's win at the WTT Feeder Senec, and our progress continues in 2026. These results are shown in April's rankings update and highlights the hard work of many people from across the table tennis community in Australia."

TTA congratulates all athletes for their effort, dedication, and outstanding performances. These rankings not only celebrate individual success but also play an important role in selection considerations for future national and international events.
