TTA releases June 2026 National Rankings
Published Thu 02 Jul 2026
The Table Tennis Australia (TTA) National Selection Panel is pleased to announce the release of the National Rankings List for June 2026, highlighting the performances of athletes across all categories. This sixth update of 2026 continues the implementation of the new National Rankings System, ensuring a transparent and consistent approach to ranking Australia’s top table tennis talent.
The Open, Youth and Junior National Rankings categories have been released. It’s fantastic to see so many dedicated players represented across our lists, reflecting the depth and strength of participation within the Australian table tennis community.
The sixth rankings of 2026 once more recognise the achievements of our athletes, showcasing commitment and progress from emerging players through to our most experienced competitors.
Results from the WTT Feeder Prishtina, WTT Contender Skopje and the 2026 South Australia State Junior Championships are among the tournaments which impacted the rankings upon June's conclusion.
Nicholas Lum remains in top spot in the Open Men's rankings, whilst Yangzi Liu remains top of the Women's rankings, with Minhyung Jee rising to second place following her two medals at the WTT Feeder Prishtina.
Rob Gomm, General Manager of TTA’s Olympic Program, added: "There’s been relatively little movement in the rankings over the past month, largely due to a quieter competition period. With the TTA National Championships just around the corner, we’re excited to see players from across the country back in action and competing against the nation’s best. We wish all athletes the very best for the Championships and look forward to seeing how those results are reflected in the next rankings update."
TTA congratulates all athletes for their effort, dedication, and outstanding performances. These rankings not only celebrate individual success but also play an important role in selection considerations for future national and international events.
The full June 2026 rankings can be viewed here.
The National Rankings are published in accordance with the National Ranking Regulations, ensuring fairness and consistency across all categories. TTA encourages all athletes, coaches, and supporters to review the latest rankings and celebrate the achievements of Australia’s vibrant table tennis community.
