Table Tennis Australia Seeking Merchandise, Branding & eCommerce Partner

Table Tennis Australia (TTA) are pleased to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) inviting organisations to partner in delivering a new national merchandise, branding and eCommerce solution. 

As part of TTA's digital transformation and commercial growth strategy, the successful partner will design, operate and develop the new TTA Store, a modern, customer-focused online retail platform. 

The store will integrate with TTA's new national website, which is scheduled to launch early next year, creating a seamless digital experience for members, athletes, clubs, fans, partners and event participants. 

TTA is seeking proposals from organisations capable of delivering an end-to-end solution across several key service areas, including: 

  • Development and management of a modern eCommerce platform 

  • Merchandise production, including apparel, accessories and event merchandise 

  • Branding, signage and visual identity services 

  • Warehousing, fulfilment and logistics 

  • Data reporting and customer analytics 

  • Revenue growth initiatives and commercial opportunities 

  • Content creation and marketing support 

  • End-to-end implementation and launch planning 

Written submissions must address all requirements outlined in the RFP and be submitted to rfp@tabletennis.org.au by 11:59pm on Sunday, 9 August 2026.
