Vacancy: National Performance Coach (Para)

Table Tennis Australia are now welcoming applications for a National Performance Coach (Para), with the successful candidate set to play a key role in our thriving Paralympic Program.

Reporting directly to the General Manager – National Paralympic Program and working in close collaboration with the National Head Coach (Para), the National Athlete & Coach Development Manager (Para), State Para Hub Coaches and Paralympic Performance Services Team members, the National Performance Coach (Para) will be a key pillar in ensuring TTA builds a sustainable Para Performance Pathway, including identifying, developing, supporting and progressing talented athletes to achieve future medal winning performances. Ensuring TTA meets its current Para High Performance goals and objectives, including delivering internationally competitive results at Para benchmark events is also a core function of the role.

The National Performance Coach (Para) will assist in developing and maintaining the daily performance environment at a National and State/Territory level, assist with coaching the National Team at international Para competitions including at benchmark events and help to continually increase the level of professionalism to provide the best chance of achieving exceptional results.
