Fran Keyhoe Posthumously Inducted into the TTA Hall of Fame

TTA is pleased to announce that Fran Keyhoe has been posthumously inducted into the TTA Hall of Fame (Referees & Umpires). Fran is widely regarded as one of the longest serving and hardest working Officials in Australian table tennis history. Fran was a dedicated servant of the game and officiated for more than 30 years until the time of her passing in 2008.

Call for Nominations - ITTF Executive Committee, ITTF Permanent Committees

TTA has received correspondence from the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) that nominations are now open for multiple ITTF positions, in particular the ITTF Executive Committee and several ITTF Permanent Committees. TTA encourages anyone from Australia who may be interested in nominating for a position to carefully read the requirements contained herein.

Coburg show that everyone is welcome in the table tennis community

The Table Tennis Australia Equipment and Facilities Grant Program is now in its fourth year and has directly injected nearly $230,000 in equipment and facilities across all States/Territories. The Coburg Table Tennis Club (CTTC) was a 2020 recipient and utilised the grant to invest in two new table tennis tables to suit wheelchair athletes. 

TTA Tour - Melbourne: Final Entry Lists Announcement

TTA and the National Selection Panel are pleased to announce the lists of accepted entries for all events at the TTA Tour - Melbourne, which will be played at Croydon & Districts Table Tennis Associations on 5-6 June 2021.

2021 TTA AGM and Board Update

The 2021 TTA Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 24 April in Adelaide. One of the key agenda items was the election for two Elected Director positions. Following an exhaustive ballot voting process, incumbents Marie Pinkewich and Anthony Jeffress were re-elected for a further two-year term.

TTA Constitution Amendment

An amendment was approved to Rule 2.2 (b) of the TTA Constitution at the TTA AGM held in Adelaide on 24 April 2021.
