Australia has been guaranteed at least 6 places in each age group and depending on international entries, more Australian players maybe accepted. Priority placement will be given to those in the TTA National U19, U15, and Hopes Squad. Any additional placements will be allocated based on the August 2025 National Ranking List, relevant to the age group. Player’s participation at the event is not confirmed by WTT prior to the entry deadline of 3 September 2025. Therefore, TTA strongly recommends not book flight tickets (or book refundable/flexible tickets) prior to getting the participation confirmation email from TTA which will be sent by 5 September 2025.

Expression of Interests will close one week prior to the official Event Entries Close Date, allowing TTA time to prepare accordingly, meaning the deadline for completion of EOI is 27 August 2025.

Other items to note:

  • Participants can compete in up to 2 singles sub-events per player (in consecutive age categories).
  • Mixed doubles pairings may be done in conjunction with the TTA National Coaching Panel.
  • The event does not offer hospitality– participants to arrange own accommodation, food, and transport however TTA can provide a discounted rate for accommodation, meals at the venue and car hire upon request.
  • The entry fee (accreditation) $200 USD is mandatory for all players and other participants entered for the event and excludes accommodation, meals and transportation. You must advise in your nomination if you have a coach as they will need to pay the entry fee as well. They must also register through this Expression of Interest as well.
