2026 TTA National Championships reaches half-way mark

With play closing on Day Three of the 2026 TTA National Championships, we recap the first half of the tournament, which has delivered outstanding table tennis to Goulburn, New South Wales.

TTA's 2026 National Youth, Senior and Para Championships have brought over 200 competitors from across Australia to the Veolia Arena, and following the conclusion of Day 3, the team competitions and the opening Para singles events have now concluded.

Monday saw the beginning of the U19 Boys, U21 Men's and Open Men's team events, followed by the Class 1-5, 8-10 and 11 Para Events, before the U19 Girls, U21 Women's and Open Women's team events kicked off in the afternoon.

On Day 2, the same events continued, before the start of the Para Singles events on Day 3.

As well as housing Australia's finest table tennis talent, we have been joined by "Team Pacific". Team Pacific is made up of nine athletes and two coaches, and include representatives from Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Nauru, the Marshall Islands and Cook Islands. We are delighted to welcome Team Pacific to the Championships.

Futhermore, Finn Luu, Hwan Bae, Aditya Sareen, Connie Psihogios, Minhyung Jee and Jiamuwa Wu, members of TTA's National Squad are back in Australia following their recent appearances at the US Smash event, competing in both singles and teams events.
