2026 TTA Tour Victoria comes to a close

Table Tennis Australia (TTA) were proud to have hosted another successful TTA Tour at the Gippsland Regional Indoor Sports Stadium (GRISS), Traralgon, from April 18-19.
The tour saw youth, senior and para categories take to the table, with players from all around Australia taking part in the event.
Following on from the final TTA National Hopes Tour of the 2025/26 schedule, the action continued at GRISS at 8.30am on Friday morning, with the U19 and U11 Men's and Women's Singles kicking off the action.
Throughout Saturday's sessions, as well as the U19 and U11 competitions, the Open Men's and Women's and U15 contests took place, and there was some phenomenal table tennis played throughout the day.
Dillon Chambers struck gold in the Open Men's Singles, defeating Xavier Dixon in the final (11-8, 11-7, 11-7). Lin Liang secured third place, after a strong performance against Shuai Zhang in the bronze medal match.
Rensijia Li achieved victory in the Open Women's Singles, as she proved too strong for Yitian Yan in the final, who she defeated in straight sets (11-8, 11-4, 11-7). There was bronze for Aradhya Dhingra, who battled past Hasali Buddhadasa (10-12, 15-13, 11-8, 11-7).
In the U19 Boys Singles event, there was gold for Lucas Lum, whilst silver and bronze were awarded to Jeffrey Guo and Ting-Chia Chang respectively. Alex Xia won the top prize in the U19 Girls Singles, as Coral Zhao (Silver) and Kavyaa Madaan (Bronze) completed the podium.
Daniel Lin and Ariel Li were the victors in the U15 tournament, with silvers going to Oscar Pan and Angela Yuan, whilst Samyukt Vindohkumar and Alyssa Yeung securing the bronze medals.
In the U11 competition, Owen Chung and Akira Duggal were victorious, whilst Hayden Chen and Hannah Xin Ru Chan secured silver, with the bronze medals going to Jayden Cao and Arianna Zhang.
After an enthralling Saturday, play continued on Sunday morning, with the U13, U17 and U21 schedule taking place, along with the Para Singles event.
Daniel Lin won his second gold medal of the event in the U13 Boys Singles, with silver and bronze going to Owen Chung and Oscar Pan.
In the U13 Girls Singles, Alyssa Yeung bagged her second medal and first gold of the the weekend, as she defeated Ariel Li in the final, with Avani Singhal taking home the bronze medal.
In the final matches of the tournament, Ting-Chia Chang and Aradhya Dhingra won gold in the U17 Boys and Girls Singles respectively, with Arvin Yeung and Ariel Li claiming silver, and Steven S So and Daisy Xie took the bronze.
Ting-Chia Chang also won gold in the U21 Men's Singles, beating Aaron Nguyen in the final (4-11, 12-10, 11-6, 12-10). Arvin Yeung would win the bronze medal with an 11-6, 12-10, 11-7 win versus Chunting Li.
Angela Yuan, who won silver in the U15 Girls, was crowned champion of the U21 Women's Singles event with a 11-8, 11-7, 11-4 triumph over Taleisha Gaeta, whilst Shrinika Hariprasad claimed bronze.
The Open Para Singles event, a group stage format, took place on the Sunday afternoon, and it was Adele Pace who tasted victory, with three wins from three. Chris Morehead won two of his three matches to obtain silver, and Evgeny Savinov battled past Mark Nimmervoll to win the bronze.
