Australia dominates the Oceania Championships

Australia dominates the Oceania Championships - Aditya Sareen youngest men's singles Champion in history.

The Oceania Senior & Youth Championships concluded in Townsville/QLD yesterday, and Australia dominated the event with a tally of 24 Gold, 18 Silver and 27 Bronze medals in total. The finals day included extraordinary levels of table tennis and ended with the spectacular men's singles final between Finn Luu/VIC and Aditya Sareen/VIC.

The Australian medallist in the respective events were:

- Aditya Sareen is now the youngest Oceania Men's Singles Champion in history at 15 years, 19 weeks and 1 day.

- Australia's most successful player was Constantina Psihogios with 4 Gold, 2 silver and 2 Bronze medals.
