TTA Board - Elected Director Casual Vacancy
Published Wed 15 Jun 2022
Following on from the resignation of a TTA Board Member earlier this year, there is a casual vacancy on the TTA Board as an Elected Director. The Directors of TTA are now calling for nominations to fill the casual vacancy.
Anyone is able to be nominated to fill a casual vacancy as an Elected Director, provided they do not hold a ‘disqualifying position’, pursuant to rule 13.2 (a) of the TTA Constitution.
People with demonstrated skills in commercial/new revenue streams and/or participation pathways are especially encouraged to apply.
The term of the Elected Director position will initially be until the 2023 TTA AGM. The incumbent is able to seek re-election thereafter.
To make a nomination, please undertake the following:
- Complete the TTA Elected Director Nomination Form
- Complete the TTA Elected Director Nominee Information Form
- Provide a copy of the Nominee’s CV
- Email all documents to Scott Houston, TTA CEO and Company Secretary, at ceo@tabletennis.org.au by no later than 11.59pm (AEST) on Sunday 10 July 2022
