TTSA Position Vacant - Performance Pathway and Development Head Coach

TTSA is seeking the services of a highly skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Performance Pathway and Development Head Coach. Reporting to the TTSA Board and working in close collaboration with the High-Performance Director, the Coaching Committee, and the club coaches, the Performance Pathway and Development Head Coach will be a key contributor in ensuring TTSA meets its performance pathway coaching goals and objectives and delivers National and State /Territory competitive results.
In line with the strategic aim outlined in TTSA’s Pathway Plan and the key deliverables in the SA pathway grant the key objective for the position is to develop and establish a Daily Training Environment as part of a sustainable Performance Pathway for athletes, coaches and administrators in South Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to take table tennis in the TTSA to the next level. A demonstrated ability to maximise limited resources and the ability to communicate with a wide range of key stakeholders (players, parents, coaches, TTSA Board of Management, TTA National Coaching and Performance Pathway team etc.) is essential.
